    How do i make French onion soup?

    Real easy and yummy

     

    1. 6 large red or yellow onions (about 3 pounds), peeled and thinly sliced root to stem (see How to Slice an Onion), about 10 cups of sliced onions total.
    2. 4 Tablespoon of Olive oil.
    3. 2 Tablespoon of butter.
    4. 1 teaspoon of sugar.
    5. Salt.
    6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
